I've dedicated myself to creating effective Electronic Medical Records Systems, delving into SQL Programming and PHP Development. My commitment to Cyber Security and adeptness in Network Design further contribute to my expertise. I bring proficiency in SQL Database Design & Administration, alongside a knack for Microsoft Access Development and VBA Programming. Managed 7 employees in the Management Information System department which developed & maintained software using Oracle and PLSQL for utility billing and accounting system.

Developed utility billing and accounting system using Oracle used by the utility from 1986 thru 2000.

Programmer • Richmond Power & Light • 1981 – 1985
Maintained accounting system including A/P, Payroll and General Ledger running on IBM System 34 written in RPG II.
